经过中秋节假期的休整，上海莱克顿学校的学生又回到了熟悉的校园。秋意渐浓，学生的热情不减，体育馆、台球室、健身房、乐器室和KTV室依旧是他们晚自习后最爱去的地方。从上周起，生活老师就开始分批和学生开展一对一的谈话，具体了解开学到现在学生的学习、生活情况，帮助学生明确本学期、甚至本学年的目标，疏导学生在开学一段时间以来在生活上遇到的一些小问题。

生活与学生关爱部

接下来两个星期，我们给学生安排了生日派对和爱牙日活动。生日派对将安排在本周五晚饭后，学生间有趣的小游戏将掀起又一波热浪。爱牙日活动会邀请一些口腔专家来学校给学生做护齿讲座，并给学生做牙齿义诊。牙齿健康，才能笑口常开。

Our students returned to school yesterday after the restful mid-autumn holiday. Though it is about the time when the leaves fall from the trees and their branches are bare against the wind and the cold, the Luctonians are dynamic throughout the day, especially during their free time after the evening prep when they enjoy themselves in the sports hall, the pool room, the gym, the practice rooms and the KTV room. The boarding staff have been working closely with students on a one-to-one basis to support them academically and socially.

There are two more activities going on till the end of this September. One is the Birthday Party this Saturday evening with games in the football pitch. The other one is the National Teeth Care activity on 28 September. Dentists will be invited to give a speech to our students on dental care, and do a teeth examination after that. Hope the students realise the importance of keeping their teeth healthy.
