我们感激每一位曾与我们共度风雨与欢笑的老师，也祝福他们在未来的**和生活里一帆风顺。告别曾经的老师并不意味着失去，一同成长的时光会成为宝贵的回忆，继续陪伴莱克顿人。同时，莱克顿也迎来了新的老师，注入了新的血液。我们相信一所学校总会经历一些变化，不变的是信念与精神，而变化之中，又自有生生不息的力量。

2020 is bound to be a special year for the whole world, and even more so for the Luctonians. All Luctonians interpret the true Spirit of Lucton, who rise to the challenge and never give up. People also have thought soulfully and creatively during this period, including their life goals, career development, all of which are quite normal during the lifelong journey, and the same is true for Luctonians.

We are grateful to every teacher who has worked together with us and wish them all the best in their future work and life. Farewell does not mean to loss. We cherish the memories of growing up with them, and which continue to accompany us. At same time, new teachers joined the Lucton family. We believe that a school will always experience some changes, but faith and spirit are constant, and will move towards a better future.

The following is the introduction of our new academic teachers.

Mr Dawie de Villiers

Chemistry & Physics 化学与物理

毕业于斯坦陵布什大学，拥有化学、生物、物理学士学位和材料科学硕士学位。已在中国任教近两年。

Mr Dawie de Villiers graduated from the University of Stellenbosch with a Bachelor's Degree of Chemistry, Biology, Physics and Master's Degree of Materials Science. He has been teaching in China for the past 20 months.

Mr Christopher Warburton

Drama 戏剧

曾在利物浦表演艺术学院接受演员培训，于2001年获得荣誉学士。从事教育和艺术**十几年，经验丰富。于疫情期间加入莱克顿，参与线上课程，赢得了学生们的喜爱。

Mr Christopher Warburton originally trained as an actor at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. After graduating with a BA (Hons) in 2001, he has more than a decade of experience in education and the arts. He joined Lucton during the epidemic and participated in online course that endeared him to students.

Ms Cassie Chen

Biology 生物

在辛辛那提大学获得生物学学士学位和生物学硕士学位，在国际教育方面拥有丰富的教学经验。

Ms Cassie Chen obtained her BS in Biology and MS in Biology at University of Cincinnati. She has rich teaching experience at international education.

Ms Renee Wu

Music 音乐

拥有金斯顿大学音乐教育硕士学位。曾任伦敦罗宾汉学校的音乐老师，有着多年英国皇家音乐学院钢琴和乐理的教学经验。

Ms Renee Wu was graduated with her Master's degree in Music Education at Kingston University. She was a music teacher from London Robin Hood School and she has many years teaching experience in ABRSM piano and music theory.

Ms Lucy Clarke

Design & Technology 设计工艺

于哈德斯菲尔德大学获得产品设计学士学位。具有出色的课堂管理技能，热衷于帮助孩子发挥**的潜能。

Ms Lucy Clarke graduated from the University of Huddersfield with a Bachelor's Degree of Product Design. She has outstanding classroom management skills and a genuine passion for helping children of all abilities reach their full potential.

Mr Rob Williams

Physical Education 运动科学

于德比大学获得体育研究学士学位。希望帮助每个孩子都能发现自己热爱的运动并在其中取得成就。

Mr Rob Williams completed a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Studies at University of Derby. He aims to help every child to discover a sport they loved and can achieve success in.

Mr Thomas Bailey

Humanities 人文

毕业于布莱顿大学，拥有商业管理和金融学士学位。在中国任教四年，强调以技能为基础的教学方法。

Mr Thomas Bailey graduated from the University of Brighton with BA in Business Management & Finance. He has been teaching in China for almost 4 years. His classes are emphasizing a skills-based approach.

Ms Yiqing Chen

Maths 数学

于伦敦国王学院获得数学学士学位，于伦敦大学学院获得数学硕士学位。在她的教学生涯中，一直努力拓展自身在课程规划、课堂管理和教育技术方面的技能。

After completing a Bachelor's degree in a Mathematics at King's College London, Ms Yiqing Chen graduated from University College London with MA Mathematics. Throughout her teaching experience, she has worked hard to develop her skills in curriculum planning, classroom management and educational technology.

Ms Kyra Wu

Business & Economics 商业与经济

毕业于华南理工大学，拥有金融经济学学士学位，副修法律专业。2007年在澳大利亚国立大学获得金融硕士学位。拥有超过7年的教学经验，是一名优秀的经济学老师。

Ms Kyra Wu graduated from South China University of Technology with a Bachelor's of Economics specializing in Finance and minor major in Law. Then, she completed a Master's Degree in Finance at Australian National University in 2007. Kyra has over 7 years teaching experience and she is an excellent economics teacher.

Ms Liqing Ning

Chinese 中文

持有英国QTS资格证书、美国预科K-12国际汉语证书等教育资格证书。拥有上海师范大学管理学学士学位和教育学硕士学位，有四年以上的国际学校双语教学和课程开发经验。

Ms Liqing Ning holds British QTS Qualification and the U.S. Teaching Certificate (Endorsement in World Language Chinese(preK-12). After getting a Bachelor's Degree of Management at Shanghai Normal University, she completed Master's Degree in Education. Liqing has more than 4 years of international school dual language teaching and curriculum developer experience.

Ms Selene Deng

English 英语

于爱丁堡大学获得教育学硕士学位，拥有“对外汉语教学认证证书”和“高级口译认证证书”。

Ms Selene Deng has completed Master's Degree of Education (Child and Adolescent Psychology) at University of Edinburgh. She holds a Certificate of Accreditation in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language, and A Level Interpretation Accreditation.

Mr Jerry Li

Maths 数学

毕业于华东理工大学，具有工科和英语双学位。从事教育行业15年，有6年以上的国际教育经验。

Mr Jerry Li graduated from East China University of Science and Technology with a double degree in engineering and English. He has been in the education for 15 years and has more than six years of international education experience.

Ms Adriana Zuo

English 英语

毕业于江汉大学，获商务英语学士学位。曾任双语学校学术发展中心副主任兼剑桥大学IGCSE协调员，IGCSE英语老师和IGCSE全球视野老师。

Ms Adriana Zuo graduated from Jianghan University with a Bachelor's Degree of Business English. She was a Deputy Head of Centre of Academic Development & Cambridge IGCSE Coordinator, IGCSE English Teacher, and IGCSE Global Perspective Teacher at an International School.

Ms Janeen du Venage

Psychology & Business 心理与商科

毕业于南非开普敦大学，拥有英语和心理学的学士学位。从事教育事业20余年, 具有极强的课堂管理技能，擅长激发、引导各年龄段的学生。

Ms Janeen du Venage graduated from the University of Cape Town in South Africa with a Bachelor's Degree in English and psychology. She has strong classroom management, and has been teaching for more than 20 years. She is good at inspiring and guiding students of all ages in class.

Ms Cecile Wang

Maths 数学

毕业于英国卡迪夫大学，具有工商管理专业硕士学位。从事教育行业3年，曾担任学生导师，负责学生A Level 数学课程授课，能够精准把握考点，擅长为学生梳理知识点，查缺补漏，提高成绩。

Ms Cecile Wang holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Cardiff University in the UK. She has been engaged in the education for 3 years. She once served as a student tutor, responsible for teaching students' A Level mathematics curriculum. She is good at sorting out key points for students, checking out and making up knowledge gap.
