2019年6月2日,中国**的无人驾驶极客社区竞速交流活动DIY Robocars 2019 China Race初次登陆上海,并在浦东复旦附中分校顺利举行。本次活动吸引了58支战队,共170余名选手参加,其中不乏国际专业的极客选手。活动由4项内容组成, *括自动相扑战、2V2点球大战、竞速排位战以及无差别大混战。上海莱克顿学校的徐同学、马同学、林同学、罗同学组成了两只战队——Super Hacker和Four Sky King,也参加了竞速排位战与无差别大混战,角逐奖项。
On June 2nd, DIY Robocars 2019 China race officially held the first competition at High School Affiliated to Fudan University, Pudong Campus. It attracted over 170 players from 58 teams, including some internationally professional geeks. The competition consisted of four parts, including Autonomous Sumo Match, 2V2 Football Match, Speed Ranking Race and Ultimate Mix Race.We have two teams, Super Hacker and Four Sky King, attending the parts of Speed Ranking Race and Ultimate Mix Race. Sean Xu, Bruce Ma, Frank Lin, Lui Luo and other students proactively got involved in their team.

最终,Super Hacker战队凭借其战车展现出的卓越技术性能和优越的整体工程设计,荣获Judge Award奖牌。同时,Four Sky King战队以高中生跨级勇敢挑战高级别AI技术,在临场遇到问题的情况下依然保持风貌,不抛弃、不放弃,赢得了评委组对他们青年极客探索精神的认可,从而摘得另一枚Judge Award的奖牌!
Finally, Super Hacker won the Judge Award for their outstanding performance and superior design. And, Four Sky King team also won Judge Award by inspiring young geeks to explore by challenging advanced AI technology with courage and spirit.
作为两支战队队长的徐翔与马裕谦同学在学校CCA课程全球发明家中学习了编程与电子电路,并开始接触人工智能与无人驾驶。战队所使用的是基于树莓派和Python程序语言构建的1比16无人驾驶原型车,其核心是利用Keras深度学习框架进行人工智能学习与训练,并实现自动驾驶,选手可以对原型车进行不断地升级改造,以获得比较不错表现。
As the captain of the two teams, Sean Xu and Bruce Ma have spent plenty of time on learning programming skills and electronic circuits during CCA and started exploiting AI and autonomous vehicle. They built 1:16 autonomous prototype vehicle based on Raspberry Pi and Python. The core focused on AI learning and training using the Keras framework, and achieve automatic driving. Competitors can constantly upgrade the prototype to get the best performance.

什么是DIY Robocars?
DIY Robocars的目标是建立一个自动驾驶汽车爱好者社区,他们可以使用有限预算制造和竞赛自动驾驶汽车。小型遥控车可以满足将自动驾驶汽车技术应用于现实世界场景的重要需求,同时对于个人爱好者来说成本是可接受的。这是一个理想的平台,可以让参与者轻松掌握将自动驾驶汽车放在路上行驶所需的一系列技能。
DIY Robocars 是 DIY Drones 的兄弟项目,是由《连线》前总编、3D Robotics公司的 CEO克里斯·安德森创建的全球**最知名的自动驾驶极客社区,让青少年也能亲身接触到来自谷歌、特斯拉、英伟达的知名硬核技术!
The goal of DIY Robocars is to build a community of autonomous vehicle hackers who make and race autonomous RC cars on a budget. Small-scale remote-control cars fill a critical need for applying Autonomous Vehicle technology to real world conditions while still being approachable for individual enthusiasts. This is the ideal platform for really getting your hands dirty with the array of skills needed to put an autonomous vehicle on the road.
DIY Robocars is a world largest and top geeks community of autonomous vehicles and a sister project of DIY Drones, which was established by Chris Anderson who is the CEO of 3D Robotics and former editor of Wired Magazine. Through participating in the community, teenagers have unique opportunities of get access to cutting-edge technologies from leading high-tech firms, such as Google, Telsa or NVIDIA.
