近期，在上海莱克顿学校生机勃勃的校园里举行了一场丰富的体育竞赛，真是一个精彩的下午，阳光明媚中，我们与上海浦东新区民办更新学校都收获了快乐。

在学期即将结束之际，上海莱克顿学校足球队在主场迎来了上海更新学校的挑战，此次的对手实力非凡，有个别球员都是从小开始经过专业训练的特长生。但是我们的队员在场上表现出了非常好的凝聚力，在全队的共同努力下经过了50分钟的厮杀，最终以8比3的巨大优势取得了本次比赛的胜利。在开场不久就由戴文豪率先进球，取得了的开局，比分知名后队员们略微有些放松警惕，为此也付出了被对手扳平比分的结果，随后的比赛中我们掌握比赛的主动，先后攻进了7粒漂亮的进球。此次比赛的MVP非戴文豪莫属，作为我校足球队的队长，起到了非常好的优秀精神。回顾本学期的几场友谊赛，看到了我们队员的成长，在逆境中如何**勇敢坚强，重拾信心，在顺境中也要**不忘初心，尊重对手，相信我们的足球队以后也将越来越强大。

足球比赛

What a fantastic afternoon of sport, hosted at our lovely campus last Monday! The sun was shining and we had a fantastic time playing against the Transformation Academy of Shanghai (TAS).

This term is nearly finished. Lucton football team welcomed a challenge from TAS at home. During the game, TAS showed the solid football skills. However, we performed better in terms of excellent team cohesiveness. Finally, we won the game by a huge advantage of 8–3 after 50-minute fighting with the efforts of the whole team. At the beginning, it was William Dai that made a perfect start with first goal. Although we were later equalized by the opponents, we quickly regained control of the game and scored 7 fantastic goals in the following. The MVP of the game belonged to William Dai with no doubt, as the captain of Lucton football team, for his great leadership spirit. Through the games in this term, the whole team improved greatly, and learned to be brave and strong in adversity, and be respectful. I believe Lucton football team will be more competitive in the future.

我们的混合羽毛球队是非常有竞争力的，上海莱克顿学校学生的**场校级比赛，异常精彩!女孩们都很有耐心，等待轮到她们开始。黄同学、祝芯语和邓思琦遇到了令人振奋的、旗鼓相当的对手，Izabella 和Chloe具有竞争力，为获胜设奠定了基础。我也很高兴和钱宇文一起对抗他们的老师和学生。当然，我们赢了，因为钱宇文有很多漂亮的杀球!

羽毛球运动

Our mixed badminton team was very competitive and it was a great pleasure watching our students compete in their very first school matches. All the girls were fantastic in being patient and waiting for their turn to play. Fiona, Olivia Zhu, Nancy has some very close and exciting games against the opposition. Izabella and Chloe were extremely competitive and set high standards to win. I also had the pleasure of joining with Amelia against their teacher and students. We won of course, with Amelia hitting some great shots!

学生们在赛艇和马术课上不断地进步，我很期待学期结束后的比赛!看到学生们为自己的进步感到自豪，并专注于发展自己的技能，令人惊叹。看着学生们把他们的船带到湖边，作为团队一起合作、下水航行真是一个很棒的风景。
