If your goal is to rise through the ranks in your company, the MS in Organizational Leadership will prepare you to assume managerial and leadership positions that influence the success of an organization. Companies are in a state of constant change, and you, as an emerging leader, may find yourself in the position of impacting those critical transformations. The ability to lead change, make decisions, manage others, and use good ethical judgment are what will make you an effective leader. These skills are cultivated in the Organizational Leadership program, and will empower you to elevate your career.

This 30-credit program is flexible, offering both in-class and online sessions that will fit both your learning style and your lifestyle. Your courses are grounded in your leadership realities—what you learn in class one night, you’ll be able to apply at work the next day. You’ll be taught by our expert faculty with extensive leadership expertise, who created the region’s highly regarded Leadership Institute.

The MS in Organizational Leadership is designed to develop and enhance your knowledge and skills in order to hold leadership positions in an organization. You will be exposed to theories and best practices for problem solving, decision-making, and research, as well as identify your personal leadership style, strengths, and skills, and use them to impact your work. Courses include Leadership, Problem Solving, and Decision Making; Organizational Behavior and Theory; Leading Change; and Contemporary Issues in Leadership.

Note: International students who have been admitted for Fall 2020 and are unable to travel to the US may defer their admission to Spring 2021.
