Elder law advocacy and estate planning require the services of more than just attorneys. Western New England University School of Law, a trailblazer in live, online Elder Law and Estate Planning legal education now offers a unique opportunity for accountants, financial services, and insurance professionals who play critical roles in elder law advocacy and estate planning to complement their professional practice with vital legal concepts.

You can gain legal knowledge directly related to your profession without earning a JD, passing the bar, or becoming a lawyer. You can study legal concepts relating to elder law and estate planning in traditional and online courses. Traditional courses are offered on our Springfield, MA campus and Master's students learn alongside our JD students. Online courses are taught synchronously, meaning that all classes are taught live and offer maximum interaction with faculty and classmates. Some online courses overlap with our LLM in elder law and estate planning, giving you the opportunity to work with practicing attorneys to help grow your business expertise and connections.

You will study legal concepts relating to elder law and estate planning both in the classroom and online. Studying part-time, you can earn your MS in 24 credit hours and complete the program in two years.
