Lucton believes that physical education is the best education, and nature environment should be the best "classroom" for physical education. After the elite sports in Lucton included equestrian, rowing and sailing, golf was added, a very gentlemanly sport that emphasized self-discipline and self-breakthrough. Luctonians participating in this sport will have a strong sense of self-competition. It does not pursue competition between people, but reflects the social culture of people, which allows them to feel the nature after a busy life.

其实，LUCTON莱克顿的每项体育项目都曾经过精挑细选，以满足学生的要求和学校在体育教育上的追求。尤其是莱克顿精选的四项特色精英体育项目：马术、赛艇、帆船和高尔夫球，意在培养学生运动以外的精神风貌、竞技素养和国际视野。同时，这些也将在学生申请名校时，在他们的简历中，增添一笔笔浓烈的色彩。

In order to meet the requirements of different levels of students, Lucton seeks to provide professional qualifications in each project. Lucton offered four elite sports as compulsory subjects, including equestrian, rowing, sailing and golf, all of which symbolize Lucton 's pursuit of sports, aiming to shape students' character and cultivate global vision beyond sports itself. At the same time, these will also add powerful highlights to their resumes when students apply for university.

马术

LUCTON莱克顿拥有自己的马术中心，拥有开阔的马场和设施齐全的休息室，课程中拥有一人一马一教练的精准配置。在马术课程中，学生们学习到如何掌控马与人的协调，在学习马术的过程中，他们变得自信、勇敢，富有骑士般拼搏向前的精神，成为能够驾驭自己身体的主人。

Lucton has its own equestrian centre, with a horse and a coach for each student. In the equestrian class, students learn how to control the coordination between horses and themselves. They are encouraged to be as confident and brave as knights after learning, and become masters of their own bodies.

为学生们进行赛艇培训的教练都是取得过国家级甚至赛事奖项的职业运动员。在课程中，每条艇，都有一名教练对应指导。在莱克顿的赛艇课上，自由发展个性的学生们将**如何融入集体，共同运转，团结一致的前进，逐渐成为能够协调团队、凝聚核心的领导者。

The teachers in rowing class are professional athletes who have won national or world-class competition awards. Each boat is guided by a coach during the lessons. Luctonians are expected to be able to coordinate the team and have a strong ability of leadership. Students who develop their own personalities will learn how to integrate into the group in the rowing class.

帆船

帆船场地设在滴水湖畔，有开阔的水域“扬帆起航”和专业的教练在船上保护学生安全。在学习帆船的过程中，学生们常常遇到各种不确定因素，风，天气，温度等等，每一个条件都会影响帆船的航行。在这种过程中，学生们渐渐形成了极大的耐心、能够承受失败的勇气、对船和自己负责的责任心。

The teachers in rowing class are professional athletes who have won national or world-class competition awards. Each boat is guided by a coach during the lessons. 这是一项即将被莱克顿人征服的项目。国际化水准的36洞高尔夫球场地美景如画，让学生在心旷神怡的大自然里尽情挥杆。打一场球，体验过程和心情的跌宕起伏，反思心态的变化和思绪的领悟，试着打破自己的极限，亦或是在运动中感受自我。这项特别的运动究竟对莱克顿人有怎样的意义，或许需要他们自己去亲身体会。

This is a sport that will be conquered by the Luctonians. A 36-hole golf course with international level is provided by Lucton, where students can fully enjoy the fun of golf. Students can experience the ups and downs in the golf class, reflect on the changes in mentality, try to break their own limits, or feel themselves in sports. What exactly this special sport means to the Luctonians may require them to experience it for themselves.

高尔夫

在世界舞台上，许多领导人和成功者都有体育上的一技之长，美国前任财长亨利鲍尔森就曾是大学校橄榄球队的明星球员，IMF**拉加德曾是一位花样游泳运动员，俄罗斯总统普京也曾是一名柔道教练……体育运动可以培养出难以击垮的信心和号召力，可以培养出一个人的竞争意识和团队合作意识，这些也恰恰是一个成功者应该具备的素质。也正因为此，莱克顿非常重视体育教育，希望通过体育课程培养学生健康的体魄，形成良好的生活习惯，因此莱克顿要求每一位学生都要积极地参与运动课程。

There are many leaders and achievers have athletic skills in the world. Henry Paulson, the 74th Secretary of the Treasury, was also a football star in university. Christine Lagarde, the Former Managing Director of IMF, was a synchronized swimmer. Vladimir Putin, the Russian President, was a judo coach, and so on. Sports develop a strong sense of competition and teamwork, and consciously cultivate their own confidence and perseverance, and these are the qualities that an achiever should have. Lucton attaches great importance to sports as basic education and requires every student to participate.

LUCTON莱克顿为学生们设置了极其丰富的体育课程，在精英课程之外，莱克顿仍有近20种体育项目，几乎满足了所有学生的要求和爱好，例如：足球、篮球、网球、羽毛球、击剑、游泳、瑜伽、空手道、跆拳道等等。配合全寄宿制度，莱克顿的学生不必把时间浪费在通勤上，他们有充足的时间进行体育运动，并在运动课后就可以调整休息。学生还可以在课余时间，建立运动相关的社团，组织校队。
