在设置学生会职位时，学校充分考虑了莱克顿学子的课程系统及校园生活情况。追求全人教育的莱克顿不仅培养学生学术卓越，也支持学生发掘自己的天赋爱好，发展体育、艺术等各方面能力，由此设置了学术支持、体育代表、社团负责人等职位。在莱克顿，学校一直追求给予学生自由、尊重、支持的环境，以期学生真正的解放天性，发掘自身的潜能。所以，莱克顿为学生们提供了很多机会，由学生们自己策划活动并在其中各自发挥作用，由此设置了活动策划、技术支持、财务总监、艺术总监等职位。为了能够更好的与学生沟通，了解学生的想法和建议，以便做出改善，由此设置了学生的声音职位。莱克顿自创校起，学生们便自发举办慈善类活动，由此设置了慈善总监职位，是为了更好地举办此类活动，并让慈善精神在莱克顿人身上传承下去。

The school has taken into account the curriculum and campus life of students when setting up student leadership team positions. In pursuit of whole-person education, Lucton not only cultivates students' academic excellence, but also supports them to explore their talents and develop their abilities in sports, arts and other aspects, thus, positions such as Academic Support, Sports Coordinator and Club Support Chair are set up. In Lucton, the school provides students with a free, respectful and supportive environment, allowing students to liberate their nature and realize their potential. Lucton offers a lot of opportunities for students to organise events and play a role in them, which leads to positions such as Event Planning, Technician, Treasurer, and Art Director. Student Voice are set up to better understand students' ideas and suggestions for improvements. Since the students have organized many charity activities, the charity director was created to better organise such activities and to pass on charity spirit to all Luctonians.
