The Master of Science in Kinesiology provides a comprehensive study of the varied aspects of human movement. Movement across the lifespan is observed and studied from mechanical, physiological, psychological, sociocultural, behavioral, instructional, and professional points of view.

The MS Kinesiology Program will provide you with tangible competencies, including the ability to:

• Address complex real-world health and performance issues
• Utilize critical thinking skills to generate knowledge
• Make sound decisions to support continued personal and professional development

Students in the MS in Kinesiology Program may specialize in three areas of concentration:

• Exercise and Nutrition in Health and Disease
• Integrative Human Performance
• Neuromechanics

为来自中国的学生设计 Applicants for admission to the UWM Graduate School must have the following: A baccalaureate degree or its equivalent as determined by the UWM Centre on International Education, from a regionally accredited institution, completed before the first term of enrolment in the Graduate School. Students applying to approved integrated bachelor’s/master’s programs are exempt from this requirement, A minimum cumulative undergraduate grade point average (GPA) of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale, or an equivalent measure on a grading system that does not use a 4.0 scale. TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) results with a minimum required score of 79 on the Internet-based TOEFL (IBT) and a minimum recommended sub-score of 18 in each skill). IELTS (International English Language Testing System) results with a minimum required score of 6.5, with minimum recommended sub-score of 6.0 in each skill.
