还记得我们上海新和中学国际部的志愿者协会吗?早在一个月前，志愿者协会的成员们就开始了宣传捐衣服，献爱心的活动。每个班级的教室里都放有一个贴有献爱心海报的箱子。同学老师们踊跃捐出自己家里的旧衣服，玩具和书籍，不到半个月，大多数班级的箱子都已经快装满了。老师办公室也不甘落后，老师们纷纷从自己家里拿来衣服和鞋子，希望捐赠给内些孩子的父母们。大家都希望捐献自己的绵薄之力给那些患有心脏病的孩子们。

2016年4月28日当天，志愿者们收集齐了所有班级的衣服，整理放好后，一箱一箱装满爱心的衣物被运上了车。这些衣服将承载着我们的希望与爱心送到“HEART TO HEART”总部，再由他们配送到世界各地患有心脏病孩子的身边。“HEART TO HEART”是一个专门帮助心脏病孩子们做手术的慈善组织，现在他们又开始了捐赠衣物，募捐(义卖HEART TO HEART泰迪熊)，以及发起志愿者陪患病的小朋友一起玩耍的各项活动。我们的志愿者们受到了极大的鼓舞与影响，在我们离别时，很多成员们都希望有更多的机会和“HEART TO HEART”合作，可以帮助那些可怜的孩子们。可以用我们的力量去救助那些患有心脏病的孩子们。

希望那些孩子们可以早日获得健康!也希望家长同学们踊跃参与我们志愿者的活动!

The North Cross Xinhe Volunteer Associationis gathering clothes, books, shoes and toys to donate to Heart to Heart. Heart to Heart is an organization that mainly pays for surgeries for poor children, and collects money, clothes, books and toys for those kids who have heart defects. Our volunteer association set a box in each classroom and teacher office forgathering clothes. During the time after the announcement came out, students and teachers were eager to assist those poor kids. Fortunately, when wereorganized the clothes, books and toys after a month, there were five full boxes ready to donate.

In 28th April, Thursday night, our volunteers went to the Heart to Heart organization’s office. We were so impressed by their organization. They basically have three tiny rooms, but full of useful things. One of the rooms is a playing room. Although it is quite small, they still divide it into two rooms. They decorated these two tiny spaces dramatically. Half of it depicts oceans, and the other half represents forests. The toys and books in the room are from places all over the world. It invokes sympathy for the kids in the people who walk in this room. Another room is a sorting room.This room is filled up with the clothes. Couple volunteers always stay in this room and put the clothes in order with the kids’ gender and ages.

After this activity, our members and teachers have their own feelings and here are their words.
