专业概况

在这里学什么？ If you want to study aerospace engineering but you don’t have the right A Levels, this is the most direct route. The foundation year includes core A Level maths topics, fundamental physics and an introduction to engineering. Complete the year to the required standard and you’re guaranteed a place on a degree course. Foundation years are intensive but great fun. You’ll be treated just like any other student, with access to all the same facilities and benefits.Academics in this department work closely with Boeing, Airbus UK, BAE Systems and Rolls-Royce. Graduates work for those organisations and others including BP, Jaguar Land Rover, Nissan and the Ministry of Defence, in specialisms such as aerospace design, aviation, manufacturing and energy. Some go on to postgraduate study or research.

为来自中国的学生设计 including Mathematics and a scienceIf you are not taking Physics A level and are passionate about studying BEng Aerospace Engineering, find out about our pre-sessional Faculty of Engineering Physics Pathway programme. We would still require AAB from your A levels which must include Maths. Please note that this is only available to applicants who do not require a Tier 4 visa to study in the UK.
