A Poem for Our Teachers

Four springs of readiness to stay;

Several rounds of autumn rain.

Your words weave the memories we have;

Speechless chalks to write the years passed away.

Teachers are like the rain in spring,

Moisture for the flowers, watering the earth.

Thank you for all that you taught me those days,

Broadening my mind and nourishing my life.
