The world of education needs leaders who recognize the current inequities in our society and who advocate for social justice.

The educational leadership master's programs here can help make you one of them.

You have two programs to choose from: Urban Principalship or Educational Leadership. Both options allow you to obtain either a master's degree and Building Level Administrator's license, or a license only.

Focus on the leadership skills needed for urban areas

Our urban communities provide rich opportunities and face intense and ongoing challenges. We've developed an innovative program that prepares you to serve as a knowledgeable advocate for and leader of urban schools anywhere in the country.

Hone your administrative skills in the educational leadership program

Available on both the IUPUI and Bloomington campuses, this program prepares you to address the specific challenges the next generation of education leaders will face. Build upon your classroom experiences to develop innovative solutions that will build stronger organizations that serve students, teachers, and staff more effectively.

为来自中国的学生设计 Applicants must have received a bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in the United States or another country by the time you enroll at IUPUI. English Language Requirement: TOEFL (iBT) – 79; IELTS Overall Band Score: 6.5; IUPUI Program for Intensive English (PIE) score Level 7.
