在这里学什么？ **Please note this qualification is delivered by our academic partner institution: LMA.** **Applicants who live overseas and require a Student Visa will not be able to study at LMA or LML.**The BA Hons Dance and Performance course has been designed to reflect the ever changing face of the dance industry, both in the UK and worldwide. It offers you an exciting, challenging and valuable opportunity to understand, explore and experience the dance industry and be trained to the highest level. Throughout this programme you will be able to inform and grow your own self-awareness, strengthening your subject specific skills and enabling you to be work ready for a fast moving industry. You will have the opportunity develop your practical skills across a range of different dance styles, and engage in live performance. You will explore artistic expression through dance across a diverse range of traditional and contemporary forms. Working with students on other LMA creative courses you have the opportunity to understand the broader aspects of dance performance and the interrelation with other creative industries. You will also learn how to apply these skills in a range of different diverse commercial and creative contexts, such as working within a dance company setting or as a freelancer. The course also builds your knowledge of the broader dance and performance industry, supporting your development as a dance practitioner who has a clear understanding of history of the industry, the current trends and concerns, and the career opportunities that will be available to you.
