Course description

Our long tradition of early-modern history research continues with a group of internationally-renowned scholars working at the cutting-edge of their fields. The MA in Early Modern History draws on this expertise to examine the early modern world, and rethink some key narratives of change.

Teaching

You’ll be taught through seminars and individual tutorials.

Assessment

Core assessment is through written papers, oral presentation, and a dissertation.

为来自中国的学生设计 Students who hold a good bachelor degree from a recognised Chinese university will be considered for direct entry to postgraduate diploma or masters programmes. For entry to MBA students need a good bachelor degree from a recognised Chinese university and at least 3 years´ post-graduation work experience. Students must be at least 25 years old by the time the programme starts. Postgraduate applicants are required to achieve a minimum of IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
