专业概况

在这里学什么？ This four-year course is run jointly between the School of English and the School of East Asian Studies (SEAS). The Japanese side of the course combines intensive study of the Japanese language (from beginner level) with modules on Japan and East Asia. Your Linguistics modules will provide you with all the analytical tools and concepts that are essential to becoming a successful linguist. Our world-leading research, active student community and civic ethos makes Sheffield one of the world's most exciting places to study Linguistics and Japanese Studies. Our academic staff are experts in their field and use their cutting-edge research to inform their teaching and the content of the modules that you'll study. They're also passionate, dedicated teachers who work tirelessly to ensure their students are inspired.The academic aptitude and practical skills you will develop throughout your degree will give you a huge range of career options after university. As well as careers in journalism, the charity sector, marketing and communications, copywriting and publishing, our graduates have gone on to be web developers, speech and language therapists, accountants, engineers, computer scientists, (neuro)biologists, geneticists and legal practitioners.

为来自中国的学生设计 including Mathematics and a scienceIf you are not taking Physics A level and are passionate about studying BEng Aerospace Engineering, find out about our pre-sessional Faculty of Engineering Physics Pathway programme. We would still require AAB from your A levels which must include Maths. Please note that this is only available to applicants who do not require a Tier 4 visa to study in the UK.
