专业概况

Through this combined major, successful undergraduates develop an awareness of societies within their international, transnational, and global contexts since the early 20th century. The combined major addresses diverse and cross-disciplinary theories of interstate relations (conflict, cooperation, hierarchies); civil society, transnational advocacy networks, global social movements; and state-society relations (democracy, authoritarianism, social justice and inequalities, citizenship).

International affairs is an interdisciplinary major in the College of Social Sciences and Humanities. The program is designed to prepare undergraduate students with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive and lead in a diverse world society while promoting global citizenship and social responsibility.

为来自中国的学生设计 Students are required to complete secondary school graduation equivalent to US high school. English language score: 99 and 107 on the TOEFL iBT, 7.0 and 8.0 on the IELTS Academic, 68 to 74 on the PTE Academic, and 185 to 204 on the Cambridge English Scale.
