This MSc Cyber Security course provides a broad foundation for Cyber Security concepts while delivering advanced knowledge and skills in key technical areas. Designed to meet the growing demand from global business and industry for robust cyber security systems, this course underpins the principles and practical professional skills you’ll need to meet the future challenges faced by organisations, particularly when it comes to strategic security planning.

为来自中国的学生设计 Students need four year university degree with minimum 70% overall. They also need three year Dazhuan Diploma plus evidenced three years work experience - for Business School only. Some postgraduate courses require a subject specific undergraduate degree to qualify for entry for example, Law, Computing, Social Sciences, Engineering, etc. Some postgraduate courses also require a portfolio, others require a proposal of studies while some courses require both a portfolio and a proposal of studies. All undergraduate courses in the Computing, Engineering and the Built Environment (CEBE) faculty require Mathematics at O Level. However for the Engineering suite and BEng Telecommunication and Networks, Mathematics is required at AS Level minimum Grade C or the equivalent. All Business School undergraduate Year 1 courses require Mathematics minimum of Grade C at O Level or the equivalent. Students need to have an IELTS of 6.0 overall (with no band below 5.5).
