专业概况

在这里学什么？

The Bachelor of Science in Ecohydrology is the only B.S. program offered in the United States. This major combines the biological and ecological sciences with hydrology (the study of water quality, quantity and distribution). Water is one of our most important global resources, and as climate change continues, increased water scarcity and shifting precipitation patterns will create more demand for water resource professionals.

If you are interested in:

• Working outdoors with water resources
• Understanding how ecosystems work and the role that water plays
• Helping to solve critical water issues facing societies throughout the world
• Investigating and managing one of the world's most important and imperiled resources
• Collecting field data
• Analyzing and synthesizing data - including mathematical modeling
• Working with people to help make important resource decisions

为来自中国的学生设计 To be admitted to an undergraduate degree program as a regular freshman student, you must be a graduate from an approved or accredited high school (GED certificate may not be used for admission). Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of 61 (iBT-Internet-Based Test) or 500 (Paper-Based Test), International English Language Testing System (IELTS - must be academic version) with an equivalency score of 6. Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic with an equivalency score of 57.
