The New England College Master of Arts in Public Policy (MPP) program prepares students for opportunities in both the public and private sector for positions in and out of government, public policy and advocacy groups, or in any industry that an in-depth knowledge of the policy process is desired. The curriculum focuses on the intersection between policy and politics and leverages the expertise of faculty who are scholar-practitioners in the policy world.

The MPP Curriculum is complemented by two other critical components:

  • Hands-on public policy Residencies that provide students with real world experience in a policy field of interest, and
  • Small group Speaker Series and Leadership Seminars which enable students to learn directly from experts at the VIP level.

While some MPP programs take two years and may not include residencies or access to door-opening networks, students in the New England College MPP program accomplish this in just 12 short months.

Our graduates are motivated to make a difference in the policy field of their choice and this program offers a unique ability to integrate intellectual interest, previous experience, classroom discussion, work residency, and interaction with public policy’s very best.
