Step 1: Introduction to BWYA On your first visit, our admissions department will introduce our programmes and facilities. Admissions will set up any necessary meetings between parents & principals or other staff.

Step 2: Submit documents

Completed application form including all the required documents should be submitted to our admissions office.

Go to ibwya.openapply.com to fill in the information. (*Please download the latest version of the Firefox browser to fill in the registration form). Photocopy of the last 2 years academic results. Recommendation letter from teacher of current school. Photocopy of identity card/passport of parents and student. Provide one 1-inch student passport photo. Photocopy of the household registration book (for local students).

Step 3: Student interview and tests

Oral interviews; English & Chinese. Written tests; English, Chinese & Mathematics.

Step 4: Review and acceptance

Principal reviews documentation and results of the entrance test. Upon acceptance, a letter will be sent by the principal to parents. Admissions will calculate fees and send an invoice to parents.

Step 5: Finalise Application

Pay Tuition Fee. Collect Student ID card. School Bus, Guardianship, Visa, Insurance (If applicable).

Step 6: Welcome to BWYA

Collect school uniform and books. Get a BWYA Campus Card. Choose Subjects. Select Clubs. Receive weekly schedule.
